Service Description

An exploration of Pranayama theory and practice - Bhastrika, Kapalabathi, Brahmari, Alternate Nostril variations, Mudras, Bandhas, Kriyas and more. While Pranayama was originally developed as a gateway to meditation and is still practiced for that purpose, it exerts deeply positive effects on all aspects of brain, nervous system, mind and body well-being. A spiritual practice, it is also useful in such fields as medicine, psychotherapy, education and sports.
