Service Description
We will be exploring the full landscape and range of human consciousness, from daily life awareness and communication, through all the stages of spiritual awakening, placing an emphasis on a graphic picture of our consciousness – from thought, expression, action, reaction, memory – all the mind-states and how they interact - to full transcendence. Our framework will be the Yoga Sutras, Vedic teachings written by Patanjali millennia ago. This practical brilliance and wisdom are absolutely applicable to today. There are no assumptions from here, no expectations to stretch your beliefs away from whatever religion or spiritual practices you adhere to. This is pancultural knowledge for the ages.
